Refund Policy and Delivery Terms

At GoWPTheme, we put our customers first and will do everything we can to help you resolve any issue. Our customers are never on their own, and we’ll do our best to solve any problems with our products, services, or your WordPress needs in general.

We encourage all customers to contact GoWPTheme support via our Contact Us page or at [email protected] for any assistance, clarification, feedback, issues, challenges, or help. We are committed to ensuring you’re 100% satisfied and happy with our service.

Delivery Terms

  1. The products available on GoWPTheme.com are digital in nature and are instantly downloadable upon order placement. Once downloaded, the order is fulfilled and completed. As these are digital products, shipping is not required.
  2. If an instant download is not available (e.g., due to updated versions of themes, plugins, or script packs being prepared), the download link may redirect you to an Information Page or document. Rest assured, you will receive the updated download link within one working day. In rare cases, this may take a maximum of 72 hours from the time of order placement.
  3. If the download link does not work or you do not receive the updated download link within 72 hours, please reach out to us via the Contact Us page on our website or by email at [email protected]. We will address and resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Before a refund is granted, you must allow us the opportunity to assist you. Please contact our support team via the Contact Us page or at [email protected], and allow 24–72 hours for a response. We strive to address your concerns as quickly as possible.

Due to the nature of digital media (software), which is instantly downloadable, refunds are generally not provided as digital products are non-returnable. There is no trial or grace period after purchase; therefore, all sales are final.

However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • You have not downloaded the product.
  • The product you downloaded was completely unusable, damaged, non-functioning, or failed to perform the promised functions.

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind about an item or subscription.
  • You purchased an item by mistake, and the product was sent or already downloaded.
  • The product was purchased by an employee or associate using your PayPal account with legal access.
  • You cannot install the downloaded product (our support team can assist with installation).
  • The product is incompatible with your WordPress setup, plugins, or web server settings.
  • The product does not function the way you wanted it to.
  • The product displays a message about needing a license key or activation but retains full functionality.
  • Your website broke during the installation of the product.
  • You did not receive technical support within 7 days of contacting GoWPTheme.
  • You refused to provide our support team with access to your website to investigate the product issue.

EU Law

Based on EU law, you may withdraw from your purchase and request a refund for digital content or services purchased within 14 days if:

  1. The digital content has not been downloaded.
  2. The purchased service (e.g., SEO services, hosting, plugin development) has not commenced.

Once a digital product is downloaded or a service has begun, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellations.
